Our unique reward system
What makes our reward system special is that you can still benefit from a referral even if your friend does not apply directly through your personal link, but shares it and another referral ultimately finds the right candidate.
Our job platform always shows the total commission:
In this example, the total commission for a qualified healthcare role is €3,000. If someone you refer is hired, you earn €1,500. What happens to the remaining €1,500?
Each additional person in the successful referral chain receives half of the amount that remains at that point.
Consider this example: Nico sends you a link. You create your own personalized link and send it to Jan. Jan then creates another link and forwards it to Lisa, who is ultimately hired. The payouts are:
- Your friend Jan receives €1,500.
- You still receive €750.
- Nico, who originally sent you the link, still receives €375.
This three-person referral chain therefore pays out €2,625 in total. The remaining €375 would only be paid proportionally if another person preceded Nico in the chain.
That is what makes the system special: you can still earn money even if you do not personally know the right candidate for the role.
